Children in Limbo Task Force  
 
 

Members include representatives from the child welfare system, the family court system, and the children's mental health system.The main thrust
of this Task Force is to advocate for continuity
of care in the nurture and development of children and teenagers.

Nowhere is the need for interdisciplinary cooperation greater than when it comes to ensuring that children who must be apprehended by a Children's Aid Society spend as little time as possible "in limbo"

Education Task Force  
 
 

The Education Task Force was originally formed in the early 1990’s to help ensure that the needs of all children - and especially of special needs children - were not overlooked by the Ministry of Education.

In the spring of 2002, The Education Task Force was reconstituted with a new Chair, new membership, and a renewed focus on issues currently facing the education sector in Ontario.
